The Washington State Supreme Court will soon have its first justice of Middle Eastern descent. Governor Bob Ferguson has appointed attorney Theo Angelis to the state’s high court. Angelis has 25 years of legal experience and is known for his pro bono work representing unaccompanied minors in immigration court.
